From the outset we wanted to do something entirely different, especially when it came to wrapping our gifts. Imagine our delight when we discovered Furoshiki (Fu-roshi-ki). This is the beautiful Japanese art of wrapping gifts in fabric. It is a humble approach, but with exquisite and decidedly unusual appeal, that suits our gifting perfectly. Whilst remaining environmentally friendly, it adds another dimension to our artisanal gifting service.
Should your chosen gift not already contain a box or crate, and you would like one for practical purposes, we can provide a black Wibalin (linen look) box at a cost R70.00.
There is a R35.00 delivery fee within the Atlantic Seaboard/Cape Town CBD or Somerset West. Deliveries beyond this, within the Western Cape are charged at R100.00. Deliveries nationwide, to all major centres, will cost R150.00 for a 2-day courier service. (This includes courier packaging.)
Gifts may also be collected directly from our studio in Somerset West or from our collection point in Sea Point.
Whether boxed or not, all gifts are beautifully and carefully wrapped in the Furoshiki method.
